Message	ordered a part over the phone and was told it was in stock! about 2 weeks later when i started making calls i found out it was not in stock... i was bashed on the phone, and hung up on after i asked for a full refund! I will never do buisness with your company again... BTW...you say parts department like it is a seprate entity, just like you say shipping dept... there are less then 20 employees working at z1 and yet there is still no communication between the 8-10 of you! communication between departments is the basis of every good buisness!
